Madeline Lynch

Retreat Organizer and Art Director

 

Madeline is an artist, licensed massage therapist, certified yoga instructor, and Reiki level II practitioner. She first came to the Amazon of Peru in June 2009 seeking adventure, inspiration and spirituality. Since then Madeline has been working to unite a global creative arts community and to encourage people to be active and present within their own environment.

 

American born explorer and lover of wildlife, Paul has dedicated his life to jungle conservation and wildlife protection. Paul has been organizing and guiding volunteer conservation programs (Tamandua Expeditions) in the western Amazon for nearly a decade. He is a naturalist, author, and award-winning wildlife filmmaker with an unmatched heart for adventure. He has embarked on many solo expeditions through the western Amazon and is a vibrant resource of knowledge about plants, animals, conservation, and the jungle itself.

Juan Julio was born and raised in the community of Infierno located near the city of Puerto Maldonado, Peru. Native to the Amazonian jungle, Juan Julio has incredible knowledge of Amazonian plants, animals, insects, authentic cultural techniques, and all that Las Pierdras has to offer.
